SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders placed that include gift items will be shipped UPS only. Orders will be shipped complete. Orders containing pre-buy items or items with a future publication date will not ship until all items are in stock. In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item, you will be refunded for the amount of the item plus applicable sales tax and shipping.
When selecting standard shipping, the carrier will be USPS. When selecting expedited shipping, the carrier will be either USPS or UPS, depending upon the destination address.
Drop ship items will be shipped separately.
Some items may include additional handling fees.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping offer good only on merchandise orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) by standard delivery to your home or office. Handling fees apply. May not be used on prior purchases.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Standard Shipping: Order by midnight CST on December 14th, 2007 for standard home delivery of in-stock items delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell, and then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
ORDER CHANGES
Please make any request for a change in your order as soon as possible. Please call Customer Service between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST Mon-Fri or email info@inspire4less.com. We strive to process orders quickly, which makes it difficult to modify orders once the process has begun.
SALES TAX
In order to comply with state tax laws, Inspire4Less is obligated to collect sales tax on orders billed to or shipped to states in which we maintain a physical retail location.

BULK BIBLES
Many Bibles may be purchased at a significant discount. To qualify for a Bulk Bible price, you must purchase the bibles in case quanities and ship to a church.
RETURN POLICY
- Customers may receive a refund on the cost of the merchandise if returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returned merchandise must be in the original sellable condition.
- No returns may be made on any opened recorded music, software, DVDs, VHS tapes or electronics. These items may be exchanged only, if defective, for the same product within 30 days of delivery date.
- A restocking fee may apply to selected items.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please print the Return Form and include it in your shipment, or include a note providing your name, daytime phone number, invoice number, reason for return and action requested (refund or exchange).
Note: The amount of the refund will be for the cost of the merchandise and applicable taxes only. The shipping costs to or from the buyer will not be refunded.

If the return is due to an Inspire4Less error, we will pay for the shipping cost on the return.

We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your exchange. Refunds and any additional charges incurred will be processed to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. Payments made by check will be issued a refund check.
