FREE SHIPPING

In the event your order qualifies for Free Shipping, the offer is good only on merchandise orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) by standard delivery to your home or office.  Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery.  Handling fees apply.  May not be used on prior purchases.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 48 hours.  Orders placed that include gift items will be shipped UPS only.  Orders will be shipped complete.  In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item, you will be refunded for the amount of the item plus applicable sales tax and shipping. 

When selecting standard shipping, the carrier will be USPS. The delivery time for USPS is 1 - 3 weeks. When selecting expedited shipping, the carrier will be either USPS or UPS, depending on the destination address.

Drop ship items will be shipped separately.

Some items may include additional handling fees.

PRE-BUYS

Orders containing pre-buy items or items with a future publication date will not ship until all items are in stock.  Coupon codes may not be applied on the purchase of pre-buys.

Please make any request for a change in your order as soon as possible.  Please call Customer Service between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST Mon-Fri or email info@inspire4less.com.  We strive to process orders quickly, which makes it difficult to modify orders once the process has begun.

SALES TAX

In order to comply with state tax laws, Inspire4Less is obligated to collect sales tax on orders billed to or shipped to states in which we maintain a physical retail location.

PURCHASING GIFT CARDS

 

To buy a Gift Card or eGift Card, visit our Gift Cards page.  You may also reach this page by clicking on Gift Cards located on the left side of our Homepage and in the Green Bar at the bottom of every page.  After selecting the Gift Card design you wish to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. Enter the card amount, recipient name, recipient address, and personal message.  The Gift Card will be in your Shopping Cart.   When you are ready to checkout, you will be able to edit  each Gift Card in your shopping cart. Coupon Codes may not be used toward the purchase of a Gift Card.

 

Gift Cards may also be purchased at any Christian Book Outlet or Christian Gift Outlet Store Location.

 

GIFT CARD DELIVERY

 

Gift Cards receive Free Standard Shipping and are sent via the USPS.  Gift Cards are mailed Monday through Friday, except on holidays observed by the Post Office.  Gift Cards usually arrive within 4-10 business days using our standard delivery method, but they can be sent expedited for an additional fee. Call 1-877-999-4226 for expedited shipping.

 

eGift Cards will be delivered to the recipient via email on the same day the purchase was made.  An incorrect email address will deter delivery. 

 

Gift Cards may also be purchased at any Christian Book Outlet or Christian Gift Outlet Store Location.

 

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS

 

Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed on Inspire4Less.com or at any Christian Book Outlet or Christian Gift Outlet Store Location.   Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable toward the purchase of any products we sell. 

 

You should keep your Gift Card or eGift Card.  If for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order your Gift Card or eGift Card will be refunded.  If you need to return an item, your Gift Card or eGift Card will be refunded according to our Return Policy. 

 

Gift Cards and eGift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of additional Gift Cards or eGift Cards.

 

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS ONLINE

 

You may redeem up to five Gift Cards or eGift Cards on a single online transaction.  Enter the number found on the back of your Gift Card or found next to the image of the Gift Card on your eGift Card email.

 

If the balance available on your Gift Card(s) is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide credit card information.

 

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS IN STORE

 

You may redeem up to three Gift Cards or eGift Cards on a single store transaction.  Present the Gift Card or eGift Card email when checking out. 

 

GIFT CARD BALANCE

SALES TAX

 

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are not subject to sales tax.  In the event expedited shipping is selected for a Gift Card, the shipping charges will be subject to Sales Tax in Arkansas and Missouri.

 

EXPIRATION

 

Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not have an expiration date.

 

LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED GIFT CARDS/eGIFT CARDS

 

Inspire4Less.com, Christian Book Outlet and Christian Gift Outlet are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards.  Record your card number in a safe place in case of loss, damage or theft.

BULK BIBLES

Many Bibles may be purchased at a significant discount.  To qualify for a Bulk Bible price, you must purchase the Bibles in case quanities and ship them to a church or ministry.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers may receive a refund on the cost of the merchandise if returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Returned merchandise must be in the original sellable condition.
  3. No returns may be made on any opened recorded music, software, DVDs, VHS tapes or electronics.  These items may be exchanged only, if defective, for the same product within 30 days of delivery date.
  4. A restocking fee may apply to selected items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please print the Return Form and include it in your shipment, or include a note providing your name, daytime phone number, invoice number, reason for return and action requested (refund or exchange).

    Note:  The amount of the refund will be for the cost of the merchandise and applicable taxes only.  The shipping costs to or from the buyer will not be refunded.
  2. Please repackage the product and return by the same shipping method in which it was shipped using the return address label attached to your packing slip.  If you do not have the label, return it to

  3. If the return is due to an Inspire4Less error, we will pay for the shipping cost on the return.
  4. We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your exchange.  Refunds and any additional charges incurred will be processed to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase.  Payments made by check will be issued a refund check.
